Medway United Under 11s girls football team
We are extremely proud to sponsor the under-11 girls’ Medway United football team. The girls had a fantastic summer in 2024 at 3 separate tournaments, finishing runners-up at the Queen of the Town and winning the Anchorians Cup and Medway Sheild. Their hard work, determination and love of the game shone through, making it a truly successful summer for the team.
Our very own CEO, Jason Smith, is one of three dedicated coaches, reinforcing our commitment through sponsorship and by actively helping the team grow and succeed. We will continue supporting the team as they achieve great things on and off the field.

Heart of Kent Hospice is a fantastic charity that provides vital care for those at the end of their life, as well as their families, offering support, dignity, and comfort during some of life’s most challenging moments.
Throughout the year, Heart of Kent Hospice organise a variety of events to raise vital funds, Bedfont® are honoured to both sponsor and participate in these events. Earlier this year, we were proud to help raise over £28,000 through their annual Bluebell Walk, our team took part and helped raise extra funds through a raffle. Additionally, this summer, we sponsored a Shaun the Sheep sculpture in their vibrant art trail, an event that brought together the community while celebrating creativity and generosity.
At the Hospice's recent auction night, where 60 Shaun the Sheep sculptures were put up for auction, Bedfont® successfully bid and won one of the unique sculptures. All 60 sheep were sold, and the auction raised a remarkable £267,250 in total for the charity.

Supporting Medway Asthma Self-Help (MASH)
Our vision is a world where everyone has access to instant, non-invasive, simple breath testing to aid in medical diagnosis. That’s why we proudly support MASH, a charity that has been helping the people of Medway since 1996 with information and support for people with asthma.
We provide and maintain their NObreath® Fractional exhaled Nitric Oxide (FeNO) device that is used in the centre. The NObreath® plays a crucial role in aiding in the diagnosis and management of asthma, by measuring airway inflammation, which is vital for effective treatment and control.
Our contribution ensures that MASH can offer this valuable service to the community, empowering individuals to take charge of their respiratory health.
In collaboration with our Medical Advisory Board member, Carol Stonham, MASH recently assisted us in hosting a private online webinar, offering valuable guidance on asthma management in children for the Medway United girls' football teams.
